70's Bohemian Chic in Absolute magazine!

We were lucky enough to be featured in Absolute Magazine's Spring 2019 issue! We're very grateful for these gorgeous photographs showcasing our clothing including our 'Goddess' dresses and 'Gemini' tops. These styles are spring/summer essentials and are available online and in our shop, so make sure to take a peek!

This shoot was very reminiscent of one of our style icons, Thea Porter! Porter is one of the defining designers of the seventies, and also credited with bringing bohemian fashion to catwalks. Raised in Damascus she later brought her designs to London in the 60's and catapulted pieces like the kaftan and floaty gypsy dresses to the height of fashion later in the 70's.

She, like us, made her designs from unique and vintage fabrics. Her style was very influenced by opulent middle eastern style, with cascading sheer materials, Indian hand prints and embroidery which was featured so heavily in the indulgent 70's style too. More modern fashion icons like Kate Moss can still be seen wearing her designs today. As for us, she's one of our heroes!
